Odaire Shipping Policy 

1. What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be added in the future.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Our Express UK Shipping rate is £2.95.
We also offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders over £55.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express UK Delivery: typically 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

4. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1 working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. Which couriers do you use?

We ship using Royal Mail's tracked service.

6. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to modify the address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@odaire.co.uk.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

8. What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the item and its packaging.

9. What happens if the courier cannot deliver?

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. We can re-ship your order once it is returned, though additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Do you ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses?

Express couriers may not deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses. Please contact us before ordering to confirm whether delivery is possible.
