When will my order be dispatched?
Place your order today, and we’ll aim to dispatch it within 1 working day from our UK warehouse (Monday to Friday). Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, such as our Black Friday Sale.
Be sure to double-check the shipping address you provide. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can cause delays in processing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 1–3 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.
Royal Mail Services:
- Tracked 24: This service does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours. It can take a couple of working days from dispatch.
- Tracked 48: This service does not guarantee delivery within 48 hours. It can take a few working days from dispatch.

Where is my order?
